Service Nature
Our platform provides digital services and digital content, including but not limited to AI-generated images, videos, and other creative works. You may access these services through subscription credits, which are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases, subscription fees, and credit grants are non-refundable. Once credits are credited to your account, the service is deemed fully delivered, whether or not the credits have been used.
No Refunds for Used or Unused Credits
Credits:
- have no cash value
- are non-transferable
- are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
- may expire according to your subscription plan terms
Unused credits do not constitute grounds for a refund.
EU and UK Customers – Waiver of Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom: By completing a purchase and accessing our services, you expressly agree to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that once the service has begun or credits have been credited, you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription will stop future billing, but you are not entitled to any refund (including a partial refund) for the current billing period.
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds at our discretion in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Verified unauthorized transactions
Dissatisfaction with AI output, creative results, or personal expectations does not qualify for a refund.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting customer support may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this policy.
